The Cash Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front End Manager in managing and leading the Cash & Returns department by providing high quality workmanship and service that ensures customer satisfaction. They assist the Front End Manager and the team in consistently meeting performance expectations in terms of customer experience, scheduling, and managing the team.
